I've stayed in a lot of 4 and 5 star hotels in Hyd - this was the first time I stayed at Le Meridien I was amazed at how helpful and courteous the staff was from check in to housekeeping. The head of housekeeping Mr. Srinivas Reddy would leave a note and snacks every day - which added a really nice personal touch. The front desk staff - especially Mr Sai Ram were extremely helpful when I needed to extend my stay and or change mode of payment - small things like this are usually unneccesarily complicated at most other hotels in my experience. The room was extremely large, with a nice big window, and the facilities were very clean and up to date. Overall I truly enjoyed my stay and this will become my main hotel in Hyd henceforth.

Thank you Le Meridien team for fantastic stay. Special thanks to Mr Raza at the front desk who helped us with quick check in, Mr Lokesh & his team from Club Lounge for making our anniversary extra special. We enjoyed huge variety of breakfast at Turquoise Restaurant with fantastic service by the staff especially Vikhas and Tabrez for going out way to help out. Can't forget the prompt house keeping service & travel desk service. Overall all Le Meridien exceeded our expectation. Thank you!

Very clean room and linens and towels. Staff was very cordial and helpful. Whatever I requested was met timely. Check-in, receptionists, kichen staff, request for early check-in and late check-out everything was met with great hospitality.

Outstanding service from check-in till check out. Special shout out to Mukesh, Dolly and their team, and all the chefs, service staff in F & B. Very good food in all the options we tried - Turquoise, Jade, Club Lounge and In-room dining. Good spa.

The location of Le Meridian Hyderabad is great and very Central, making it easily accessible across the city. The rooms very neat, clean and comfortable and well equipped. The front desk and housekeeping was also very good and a special mention to the breakfast. Great spread, wide variety of food and food service. The open air bar Jasper was also beautiful and a great place to lounge in the evenings. Overall great Hotel, providing a neat, clean, and comfortable stay.

The spread of breakfast was good. The entire staff on the floor was taking care of all the guests and assisting them personally. The Team at reception was very good especially Yeshwant. He took care of me very well. Rizwan from housekeeping was also very good in making up the room on daily basis. Nithin at the Club Lounge was also very good. I liked his smile. He took care of us very well in the Club Lounge.

The location was easy to find and very good for stay, for holiday or work. Good overall spread for breakfast and great service throughout. Didnt enjoy the veg platter for dinner as much, but otherwise, the food was good. The dal tadka was exceptional. The rooftop restaurant was nice and cozy.

Breakfast options were decent however the buffet options can get cold, especially during lunch/dinner options. Staff were friendly.
